Entry 7: The best exercise I created

MY BEST CREATION

In my opinion my best exercise is the IWB lesson that I created with my classmate Katalin Neméth (Kata). We made the best out of this opportunity to learn how to use this innovative tool. At the beginning we found it strange, but we soon understood how to create exercises about our topic. I appreciated not to be alone facing this new challenging task, but to be with a good companion.
What’s more, I really enjoyed working as a team with Kata, because we gave feedback to each other while we were designing and creating our activities. Our creativity boosted, since when one made a proposal, the other one suggested some improvements to the original idea and vice versa. I could clearly see that collaborative tasks help to elaborate a better final product.
For our lesson, we decided to incorporate a Quizlet in order to teach vocabulary about furniture (here you have the link to the exercise: https://quizlet.com/_625sjt), because we thought it would be interesting to employ another web page we discovered during this course. We both think that Quizlet is a versatile and valid tool to teach and revise vocabulary.
